Shipping Details:

• We ship via UPS & USPS whichever is least expensive.
• NO minimum purchase required.
• Shipping amounts are posted on the order before submission.
• Shipping rates are based on a best estimate of what it will cost to ship the order. If it turns out that the package can be shipped for significantly less than the rate calculated on the Cart, then you will be sent a check for the refund.

Returns/Exchanges:

Simply Drop us an email at trains@healthtrains.net. Include your invoice# and the reason for the return/exchange. Then send the package via UPS or US Postal Service (Parcel Post, or Priority Mail). For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. On items that are returned for a refund, the refund will be minus any shipping and handling charges the company has incurred on your order.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

• Returned in original packaging
• Returned to address specified within (10) days
• Returned in re-sellable condition
• Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
• Enclose a brief letter of explanation
• All shipping and handling charges we incurred on the order are non-refundable
• All return shipping must be prepaid; No COD's accepted on return shipping charges
• No returns on installations
